The Buligar Club is a popular private Frisbee club in Austin, Texas. With about 1000 members, the club advocates green movement and win-win cooperation. Buligar was established in the spring of 1983when John McManus,Chris Handler, and Marc Weinberger came together to build a new Bay Area Ultimate program from scratch.
